The Commercial District Needs Assessment has been finalized!
The Assessment highlights a neighborhood's existing business landscape and consumer characteristics.
In partnership with the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS), the Woodhaven BID surveyed merchants, residents, visitors, and property owners to assess the needs of the Woodhaven business corridor. Data was collected along Dexter Court to 100th Street on Jamaica Avenue from September – January 2020.
The results are compiled in the Commercial District Needs Assessment (CDNA) published by SBS. The CDNA is conducted as part of the three year Avenue NYC grant from SBS.
