Am I a Member? (Must be along Jamaica Avenue from Dexter Court to 101st Street)

If you answer yes to any of the following, you’re eligible to register to vote as a BID member:

  Are you a Commercial Property Owner?
  Are you a Commercial Business or Not-For-Profit Tenant?
  Are you a Residential Tenant?
  Are you a Representative of the City of New York?

By becoming a registered member, you can participate in important decisions for our community and vote on the new Board of Directors slate.

 

Property owners, commercial tenants, businesses, and residents within the BID must register to vote by confirming attendance via the Meeting registration link. Once registered, your membership remains active unless your eligibility changes.

To vote at the 2026 Annual Meeting on 05/14/26, you must complete your registration at the button below by Thursday, May 07, 2026.

 

While the BID serves all property owners, commercial tenants and residents within the District, only registered members may vote and elect Board Directors. According to the by-laws, registered members are owners of real property (Class A), commercial tenants (Class B), and residential tenants within the District who have completed a Membership Registration Form and returned it to the BID office, or through the BID website here.
